The SKILLED Group Values Recognition Awards Program is designed to give all staff the opportunity to nominate a colleague for actively living out one or more of the SKILLED Group values in their everyday work. Eleanore Parry is the Accounts Receivable Clerk at Origin Healthcare and very much an unsung hero. She is the longest serving of Origin's finance team, with over four years' service, and a highly dedicated and flexible team member.
Eleanore is very much multi-skilled and has thorough knowledge of Origin's systems. Eleanore has been known to take over Reception when needed, help chase outstanding moneys for the credit department and process pays for Payroll. She also forms part of Origin Healthcare's National Allocation Centre's casual staffing bank, often working a PM shift or weekend shift to ensure clients' nursing staff requirements are met. Thanks to Eleanore's thorough knowledge of the business, she is the ultimate all-rounder.

Kate coordinates all recruitment activities and member services focusing on key areas of human resources, induction, staff training and development at Origin Healthcare in WA.
Kate has been instrumental in ensuring allocations staff are kept up to date with new and existing member information/details, thus providing a valuable resource for allocations staff. Kate is often required to assist with inbound call activity and does so without question. She represents the Company in a professional manner at all times and prides herself on providing excellent customer service.
Kate has instigated a number of initiatives and strategies over the last six months with results exceeding expectations. This is testament to Kate's knowledge of the business and understanding of the future direction for the business in WA.

As an allocations consultant at Origin Healthcare in Victoria, Wendy is considered by many to be everything an allocations consultant should be. She demonstrates a proactive and positive attitude, has years of industry experience, vast knowledge and maintains a focus on building the business in every day activities.
